Novakovich Insurance is a family-owned insurance agency at 4037 PA-130 in Irwin, Pennsylvania. This policy covers www.jniagent.com and the ways you can reach us through it.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms. Your name, phone number, and email, plus the details you choose to share: the coverage you want, vehicles, property or business information, policy numbers, certificate holder details, and your message.
• Calls, texts, and emails. Your phone number or email address and whatever you send us.
• How the website is used. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to show us which pages people visit, what device they use, their general area, and how they found us. It does not tell us your name.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and prepare your quotes.
• To service your policy, including claims, policy changes, ID cards, and certificates of insurance.
• To see what is working on our website and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

• The insurance companies we represent, such as Erie, Progressive, and GEICO, when they need it to quote, issue, or service your coverage.
• The services that run this website. Netlify hosts the site and delivers form submissions to our office email. Google provides our analytics, the map on our contact page, and our fonts.
• Anyone the law requires, such as an insurance regulator or a court order.

Please keep sensitive numbers out of our forms

Do not send Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or bank or card numbers through the website or email. If we need them for a quote or policy, we will collect them by phone or in person.

Text messages

If you text us at (412) 444-8875, we use your number only to reply to you. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for marketing.

When you become a client

The insurance company that issues your policy will also send you its own privacy notice. That notice explains how the company handles your policy information.

Your choices

• You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Some records must be kept for a period of time under insurance laws.

How we protect it

No website or email system is perfectly secure, which is why we ask you to share sensitive numbers by phone.

Children

Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
