John Novakovich didn't start his career selling insurance — he started it on the other side of the desk, as a claims adjuster and then a claims supervisor. He knows firsthand what happens when coverage isn't right and what families go through at their worst moments. That background shaped everything about how this agency operates. John became a licensed Erie Insurance agent in 1990 and has been protecting Western Pennsylvania families ever since.
Today, John's son Jake and lifelong friend Mike Weir manage the agency's day-to-day operations, carrying forward the same philosophy John built the business on: honest advice, fast responses, and putting the client first every time. Our entire team has deep roots in Penn Township — several are Penn Trafford graduates. This isn't just where we work. It's where we live.
